These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website temujinprimeconcepts.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of services from Temujin Prime Concepts Company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or buying a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Our services

We help businesses set up, license, and build industrial and manufacturing facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our services fall into two groups.

2.1 Services you can buy online (fixed price)

These are paid online through our payment provider at the prices shown. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT.

• Saudi Factory Plan Check — Can range from SAR 19 to SAR 990 or more: a written assessment of your factory project based on the information you provide.
• Saudi Factory Setup Checklist — Can range from SAR 19 to SAR 190 or more: a digital checklist of the documents and steps involved.
• 60-Minute Industrial Strategy Session — can range from SAR 1000 SAR 2000 or more: a live consultation session.

2.2 Project-based services (quoted case by case)

We also provide larger professional and construction services, including industrial licensing and compliance support, land and facility guidance, preconstruction, and factory design and construction (turnkey and EPC). Because every project is different, these services are scoped and priced on a case-by-case basis. They are provided under a separate written agreement or quotation, and the payment terms for them (such as deposits and milestone payments) are set out in that agreement. Where these are paid online, each payment is invoiced individually through our payment provider.

3. What the assessment and our guidance are, and what they are not

The Saudi Factory Plan Check and any guidance we give are professional opinions based only on the information you provide.

• They are not a guarantee that any license, land allocation, permit, or approval will be granted. Government approvals are decided by the relevant authorities, not by us.
• They are not legal, financial, or tax advice.
• They do not replace any official application or process you must complete with the relevant Saudi authorities. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for any official applications you make.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices for online products are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT.
• Project-based services are quoted separately, with VAT applied as shown on the quotation or invoice.
• Payment for online products is made at the time of purchase through our payment provider. For project-based services, payment follows the terms in your agreement or invoice.
• You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. The SAR Fee credit

The amount paid for the online services and virtual calls is creditable toward a further paid engagement with us (such as licensing, or help with land acquisition, or preconstruction services or construction services) if that engagement is agreed within 30 days of the date we deliver you our service (report / document / virtual calls or including both). The credit applies once, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers.

6. Delivery of your service

• Saudi Factory Plan Check (or any other name as we deem fit): after payment, you complete a short questionnaire about your project. We aim to deliver your written report within 3 working days after you submit complete answers. Incomplete answers may delay delivery.
• Saudi Factory Setup Checklist (or any other name as we deem fit): delivered digitally after payment.
• 60-Minute Industrial Strategy Session (or any other name as we deem fit): delivered at the scheduled time you book.
• Project-based services: delivered according to the timeline set out in your separate agreement.
• Online services are delivered electronically to the email you provide.

7. Your responsibilities

• You must give accurate and complete information. The quality of your report or service depends on it.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and contact details correct.
• You must not misuse the Website or attempt to disrupt it.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, and the reports and materials we provide, belong to Temujin Prime Concepts Company. You may use your report or deliverables for your own project. You may not resell, copy for resale, or publicly distribute our materials without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an online product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Liability for project-based services is governed by the separate agreement for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of our services or reliance on a report.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
