Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Saudi Factory Plan Check (Custom Engineering Evaluation)

• • Pre-Submission Cancellation: Corporate clients are entitled to a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted prior to returning the technical questionnaire, as project analysis has not commenced.
  • Post-Submission Status: Once the technical questionnaire is submitted and our industrial planning team begins drafting the customized evaluation, the fee becomes fully non-refundable. In accordance with Article 13 of the KSA E-Commerce Law, the statutory 7-day right of withdrawal is waived for products manufactured or prepared to consumer-determined custom specifications.
  • KSA Statutory Exceptions: A full refund will remain mandatory under Saudi consumer rules only if:
  • The final report deviates materially from the structural parameters or data points supplied by the client. Delivery of the completed report is delayed beyond 15 calendar days from the promised 3-working-day window due to reasons solely within TPC’s control.

2. Saudi Factory Setup Checklist (Standardized Digital Resource)

• • Corporate Trust Guarantee: While KSA e-commerce frameworks permit immediate digital downloads to be classified as non-refundable, TPC provides a voluntary 7-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If this resource does not meet your project planning expectations, a full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of the download timestamp.

3. 60-Minute Industrial Strategy Session

• • Rescheduling & Advance Cancellation: Clients may reschedule or cancel the session for a full refund provided written notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time.
  • Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without prior written notification, are strictly non-refundable and cannot be converted into project credits.

4. Core Project-Based Services (Industrial Construction & EPC)

• • Exclusion from Digital Terms: Entry-level digital terms do not apply to full-scale engineering or construction engagements. All milestone payments, corporate mobilization deposits, structural liabilities, and termination protocols are governed exclusively by our bespoke written construction agreements, FIDIC-based contracts, or formal commercial quotations executed between the corporate entities.

5. The Funnel Credit

• • Restricted Application: This credit is a conditional promotional discount applicable solely toward a subsequent full-scale corporate project engagement with TPC if opted for within 30 days of acquiring the product / service. It represents a non-cash commercial incentive and is fully non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or legal tender under any circumstances.

6. Formal Refund Requests & Processing Grid

• Disbursement Pipeline: Approved refunds are processed exclusively back to the original corporate payment method or bank card. Final statement credits typically clear within 7 to 14 working days, subject to local Saudi banking settlement timelines.
